The role will be part of our team delivering a major health construction project UK wide.This is a genuine opportunity to help shape the landscape of H&S in UK construction.The role holder will act as the H&S competent person and EHS management system process owner and will be integral to driving and achieving industry leading EHS standards.Key Responsibilities:Support and enable the PMC Ops team to achieve the highest standards in EHS performanceCreating and delivering a positive EHS engagement strategyManage and mentor the PMC H&S team to ensure that they provide excellent support to the businessCarry out site visits and leadership toursSupport work winningHelp to create a EHS culture within T&T and our supply chainMaintain excellent relationships with key clientsQualifications10 years+ experience in HSE in construction or infrastructure. CMIOSH is preferredPrincipal Contractor experienceHSE Management Systems experience, OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001. Excellent written communications and interpersonal skills are essential. Team player, self-motivated, and able to work using his/her own initiative.Excellent organisational skills with a positive, can-do flexible work attitude. Ability to work to strict deadlines and handle conflicting priorities.
