We deliver integrated marketing solutions—digital campaigns, content, lead generation, and brand strategy—to help businesses scale quickly and effectively.The RoleWe are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive high-impact campaigns across multiple channels. This role suits someone who is data-driven, creative, and confident managing campaigns end-to-end.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns (email, paid ads, SEO, social media).Manage content calendars and create engaging content for multi-channel campaigns.Track campaign performance using analytics tools and create actionable reports.Support lead-generation activities for the sales team.Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and client-facing teams.Assist in campaign strategy development aligned with client objectives.Essential Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in a marketing or digital marketing role (agency or in-house).Strong understanding of social media, SEO principles, PPC, and email marketing.Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot or similar.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Nice to HaveExperience in B2B lead generation.Graphic design or basic video editing skills.Knowledge of CRM systems.What We OfferCompetitive salary + performance bonus.Hybrid/flexible working options.Professional development and training opportunities.28 days holiday (including bank holidays), plus company-wide wellbeing days.A collaborative, inclusive team culture.Equal Opportunities Statement (UK-compliant)We are an equal opportunities employer.
