The Role We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive high-impact campaigns across multiple channels. This role suits someone who is-driven, creative, and confident managing campaigns end-to-end. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns (email, paid ads, SEO, social media). Manage content calendars and create engaging content for multi-channel campaigns. Track campaign performance using analytics tools and create actionable reports. Support lead-generation activities for the sales team. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and client-facing teams. Assist in campaign strategy development aligned with client objectives. Previous experience in a marketing or digital marketing role (agency or in-house). Strong understanding of social media, SEO principles, PPC, and email marketing. Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot or similar. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Nice to Have Experience in B2B lead generation. Graphic design or basic video editing skills. Knowledge of CRM systems. What We Offer Competitive salary + performance bonus.
