We are seeking a talented and proactive Graphic Designer who is passionate about bringing ideas to life and supporting the creative vision of our Design Department. You will produce high-quality graphic and print design that elevates our brand, while contributing to the wider team's creative direction and ensuring strong, consistent brand execution across all design outputs.The Impact you will have in this role is: Research & ConceptResearch global trends, market insights, and customer needs to drive innovative, commercially aligned concepts.Develop seasonal silhouettes, sketches, fabrics, trims, and design handwriting that reflect Craghoppers' brand identity and performance values.Collaborate with Buying and Product teams to ensure collections meet strategic direction, pricing, and consumer expectations.Colour, Print & GraphicsCreate and manage seasonal colour palettes and standards in PLM, sharing regular colour insights with the team.Develop print, pattern, and artwork direction as needed to support cohesive collections.Design DevelopmentLead the design process from concept to final range - producing CADs, mood boards, range plans and CLO 3D files across all womenswear categories.Partner with Product Development, Technical, and Buying teams to ensure fit, functionality, material selection, cost, and deadlines are achieved.Support sustainable and innovative fabric development where appropriate.Range Strategy & PresentationPresent collections confidently at internal and external meetings, clearly communicating design rationale and commercial opportunities.Ensure consistency across women's and men's ranges and adherence to the corporate critical path.Mentor junior team members, contributing to a strong creative culture.Branding & AccessoriesDevelop artwork and accessories aligned with brand guidelines and seasonal direction, maintaining consistent design handwriting.A full job description outlining all deliverables and requirements for the above can be found attached to the advert on our careers page.
