Job DescriptionBusiness Operations Manager - Digital & AI (12 month FTC to cover maternity leave)Location: Central London (2-3 days a week onsite) £60k - £65k & excellent Benefits We're seeking a Business Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping how this organisation works in an increasingly digital and AI-enabled world. Sitting within the Digital Operations team, this role will focus on improving organisational efficiency, scalability, and decision-making through two key areas:Driving digital and AI literacy across the businessOptimising and redesigning business processes to support growth, compliance, and operational excellenceThis is a highly collaborative role, working closely with technical teams and stakeholders across the organisation to ensure digital initiatives and AI solutions align with real business needsWhat you'll be doingDigital & AI LiteracyLead the design and delivery of organisation-wide digital and AI literacy initiativesEmbed digital and AI understanding into day-to-day decision-making and operationsAct as a bridge between technical teams and the wider business, translating complex concepts into practical outcomesBusiness Process ImprovementAnalyse, map, and redesign business processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and complianceIdentify opportunities to streamline operations and reduce riskEnsure processes are clearly documented and well communicated to stakeholdersStakeholder & Change ManagementWork closely with senior leaders, technical teams, and business stakeholdersSupport change initiatives, helping teams adopt new ways of workingReport progress, outcomes, and impact to senior leadershipWhat success looks likeWidespread adoption of digital and AI literacy across the organisationMeasurable improvements in productivity and informed decision-makingStreamlined, well-documented, and compliant business processesDigital and AI initiatives that are practical, well-governed, and aligned with strategic objectivesWhat we're looking forExperience, Knowledge and Skills requiredStrong understanding of digital transformation and the practical use of AI in businessExperience with business process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma)Knowledge of compliance requirements and operational risk managementBusiness process mapping and analysisData analysis, interpretation, and reportingProject management and stakeholder engagementDesigning and facilitating training or capability-building programmesStrategic thinker who can align operational improvements with business goalsAnalytical and data-driven in approachConfident change agent with the ability to influence across teamsExcellent communicator, able to simplify complex ideasTo apply for this opportunity please send your CV asap.
