It is frequently involved in high-profile team moves, restrictive covenant disputes and internal investigations, and is well placed to advise on trade union matters.Experience required:\tQualified Solicitor in England & Wales\tAt least 5 years’ PQE in employment law gained at a leading City firm\tProven experience advising on the full spectrum of employment law matters, both contentious and non-contentious\tA strong track record of managing Employment Tribunal litigation from inception to conclusion, including complex multi-day hearings\tAbility to provide clear, practical advice\tExcellent communication skills\tStrong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree\tHighly motivated and enthusiasticPlease note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide.
