Job DescriptionSenior Site Manager for a Large Hotel Refurb in Edinburgh Your new company You’ll be joining a well-established and highly respected main contractor with a strong track record in delivering high-profile refurbishment and fit-out projects across the UK. Known for their commitment to quality, innovation, and safety, they are now seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a landmark hotel refurbishment in the heart of Edinburgh. Your new role As Senior Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage health and safety, liaise with the client and consultants, and lead a dedicated site team. This is a complex, live environment project requiring excellent planning and communication skills.
