Job DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive Customer Success Executive (CSE) with a technical engineering background to manage a base of small to medium-sized customers who are new to our platform. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities for additional sales and technical support.Key ResponsibilitiesMake initial contact with new customers post-sale to understand their use of purchased materials, parts, or productsBuild strong relationships across multiple departments including engineering, design, procurement, and technical teamsExpand discussions to uncover further customer requirements and partner with the Sales Manager for quotations and technical supportUtilise CRM, SAS, marketing, and logistics systems to support the sales team and ensure a seamless customer experienceTarget opportunities from warm leads, converting first-time buyers into returning customersAssist the Sales Administration team when required and maintain a solid understanding of the full sales and after-sales processDeliver world-class service, solving customer problems with tenacity and attention to detail Skills and ExperienceTechnical engineering background essential (mechanical, electrical, materials, or related disciplines)Proven experience in customer service, account management, or sales supportStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and approachable mannerHighly organised with excellent attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamExperience with CRM, SAS, marketing, or logistics systems is desirablePositive, can-do attitude with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction Why This Role?Join a driven and collaborative team with a "glass half full" mindsetWork with a diverse range of customers, supporting them globallyOpportunity to leverage your technical expertise while developing your career in customer success, technical support, and sales How to ApplyIf you are interested, please send an updated CV to (url removed) or call (phone number removed) / (phone number removed)
