If so, this opportunity could be perfect for you.We are recruiting for a high growth, product led series A SaaS company, who are on a mission to remove barriers in talent acquisition and connect people with opportunities on a global scale. The organisation has doubled revenues each year over the past 5 years and has customers from around the globe. They are now looking for a Customer Success Manager to join the team, to manage the post sale customer lifecycle.The role involves managing a large portfolio of customers, ensuring they see value quickly, adopt the platform effectively, and continue to expand their usage over time. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion, while keeping customer satisfaction and retention at the heart of everything you do.To be considered for this role you must be/ have:· 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Technical Account Management within the SaaS space.· Proven experience managing onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansions.· Process driven with strong commercial acumen· Commutable to a Greater Manchester office 2 days a weekBonus points if you have:· Experience in HR tech, RecTech, or workflow software.· Previous experience in a start-up or scale-up environment.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing scale-up where your work will directly influence customer success and business growth.
