Title: Customer Success ManagerLocation: Remote (on site once a month)Salary: Up to £40,000 plus a good benefits packageScaling SaaS company in the UK are looking for a Customer Success Manager to help support 40-50 accounts (blend of different tiers).🚀 The roleAs Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the voice of the customer, ensuring they gain maximum value from the products and services. You’ll lead onboarding, foster adoption, and strengthen long-term partnerships that drive satisfaction, retention, and growth.Reporting to the Customer Success Lead, this role is pivotal to the success as they continue to scale and deliver innovative solutions.🎯 What you’ll doAct as a trusted partner and advocate for customers, representing their needs across internal teams.Lead onboarding and deliver ongoing training to new and existing users.Build lasting relationships with programme managers and operational teams, turning them into product champions.Monitor customer engagement and proactively address risks or opportunities for account growth.Partner with Sales to identify renewal opportunities and support the expansion of existing accounts.Own the contract renewal process and ensure consistent account health.Provide customer insights to inform product improvements and innovation.Demonstrate deep product expertise to deliver tailored advice and training sessions.👤 About youYou’re proactive, commercially aware, and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
