**Salary: £30,958.00pa**
**Hours: Full time -38 Hours per week**

Ambient Support is a registered UK charity with over 25 years’ experience in providing care and support services for older people, people with a mental health need and people with a learning disability.
**We are looking for our Multi-site Service Manager to have**:
- Level 5 in Health and Social Care or Management or equivalent or 1st Level Nurse or qualified Social Worker.
- Proven supervisory or management experience in Care & Support settings.
- Experience of working with people with people with mental health needs
- Budget Management experience.
- Experience of undertaking disciplinary investigations and hearing disciplinaries. Strong interpersonal skills.
- Health and Social Care legislation.
- CQC’s fundamental Standards.
- Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults.
- A supportive but performance-based management style.
**Our Multi-Site Service Manager will carry out the following duties**:
- Manage directly the performance of all Ambient Support services within a defined geographical area. coaching, mentoring, motivating and supporting the staff to deliver the support commissioned.
- Monitor and manage all local safeguarding issues as part of the Operations Management team and promote best practice best practice in the protection vulnerable adults.
- Manage the services within corporate strategies including the implementation of management information system, rostering and audit requirements
- Involve people we support in all aspects of service delivery and development. This includes working with the involvement and co-production team; ensuring all services have an identified involvement champion and are working towards an agreed involvementplan.
- Work in partnership with all stakeholders and supporters ensure the best possible service for people we support.
**Service Quality, Improvement and Governance**
- Ensure all services have a plan for CQC ‘outstanding’ rating.
- Implement all required auditing systems working towards continuous improvement. Ensuring that all actions are fully met. This in line with the Quality policy and practice and Head of Quality.
- Health and Safety, risk management and regulatory compliance. Ensure that systems are in place to manage and monitor compliance in all areas in accordance with the organisation’s policies, procedures, national and local regulatory bodies.
- Identify the learning from any accident, incidents, safeguarding alerts and complaints, ensuring this information is shared across the region with colleagues across Ambient Support.
**Business Development**
- Assist with the development and implementation of a regional plan to take forward Ambient Support’s business plans and strategies, meeting all the targets.
- Optimise opportunities for growth by developing effective relationships with key stakeholders in the region.
- Ensure that any voids are marketed to all relevant parties and filled as quickly as possible.
- Manage the financial performance of the services you are responsible for, ensuring that each individual service delivers within its agreed budget.
**People**
- Ensure that all staff receive regular supervision and an annual appraisal.
- Identify training and development needs of staff within the services and ensure that these are met.
