About the role:
We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join something special. We are looking for an individual to join our team and become one of the faces of the Darlington Building Society in the Darlington area. This role offers a flexible, family-friendly schedule that’s perfect for working parents

As a **Customer Service Consultant**, you’ll engage in meaningful conversations to discover your customers' needs and provide information to new and existing customers about our full range of financial products and services. By getting to know our customers, you’ll help them achieve their goals by identifying the best products to suit their needs—all while offering clear, helpful, and friendly service.

Your role is vital to our branch network. Whether face-to-face or over the phone, you’ll have valuable conversations with every customer. Whether you’re promoting new products or resolving a customer issue, you’ll always put the needs of our customers at the heart of everything you do.
