Role Overview

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and organised Front of House Till Lead to take full ownership of our front counter. As the main point of contact for our customers, you’ll handle orders and payments while ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for keeping the till area running efficiently, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and taking pride in being the face of our brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and take their orders accurately using our point of sale system
- Handle all cash and card transactions with accuracy.
- Keep the front counter clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.
- Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure orders are correct and delivered quickly.
- Answer questions about our menu, promotions, and specials.
- Manage takeaway order packaging and presentation.
- Take ownership of the customer experience from entry to exit.

Skills & Requirements
- Experience in customer service or retail (essential - full training provided).
- Comfortable handling cash and card transactions.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to work independently.
- Organised and confident in managing the flow of customers.
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work.
- Available to work evenings and weekends.
