**Role Overview**:
As a Temporary Accommodation Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective and efficient management of temporary accommodation within the Royal Borough of Kingston. This temporary position offers you the chance to contribute meaningfully to the lives of individuals experiencing homelessness.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage relationships with homeless households in temporary accommodation
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
Identify and address safeguarding risks and support needs of residents
Build and maintain relationships with accommodation providers
Contribute to the overall development of our temporary accommodation service

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in a similar frontline housing service or related field
Knowledge of private sector housing law and repairing obligations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent administrative and organizational abilities
Capacity to think creatively and problem-solve effectively in demanding situations
