Our client is one of the largest golf retailers across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are recruiting for a Paid Media Manager to join their team based in Warrington. As Paid Media Executive, you will be working closely with other Digital Marketingteam members, external agencies, Trading Team, CRM team, Marketing Department, and in-house Studio team. You will help plan, schedule, and execute digital marketing activity across various paid marketing channels. You will assist the Digital Marketing Managerin tracking performance metrics across KPIs, managing budgets across multiple platforms.

**Role**:
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be working closely with other Digital Marketing team members, external agencies, Trading Team, CRM team, Marketing Department, and in-house Studio team. You will help plan, schedule, and execute digitalmarketing activity in paid marketing channels; PPC (AdWords & Bing), Display / Programmatic & Paid Social.
You will assist the Digital Marketing Manager in tracking performance metrics across KPIs, managing budgets across multiple platforms.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supporting the Digital Marketing Manager in implementing the digital marketing strategy across a variety of paid marketing channels managed by external agencies and internal teams.
- Omni-channel marketing paid media campaign planning, execution, and optimisation through agencies and internal teams.
- Responsible for ensuring optimisation opportunities are identified, appropriate actions are captured and implemented by responsible parties.
- Executing continual test and improvement plans (feed optimisation, PPC ad copy, etc.)
- Identifying landing page optimisation opportunities to the Trading Team.
- Communicating with in-house and external teams to align digital marketing initiatives
- Analysing and reporting on campaign performance and ROI to understand performance, growth impediments, KPIs and required actions.
**Skills**:
- Working hands-on knowledge of paid search; specifically with Google and Microsoft Ads, with qualifications desirable.
- Experienced in paid social media and the specific marketing tactics required to optimise each platform.
- Awareness of best practice display/programmatic campaigns.
- Commercial approach and awareness.
- Comfortable with Google Analytics platform
- Ability to analyse digital marketing performance to identify improvement opportunities
- Ideally 1+ years experience in a similar role
- Effective communicator with external and internal colleagues
- Strong analytical, numerical, and reporting skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Experienced with Microsoft programmes like Excel and PowerPoint
