Parts and Service Advisor

We are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our Livingston Dealership. Reporting the Parts and Service Manager you will be responsible for assisting in the day to day running of the Livingston Parts Department. This will include undertaking the receiving and processing of telephone, face to face and internet orders whilst ensuring that customer accounts are managed effectively. You will be responsible for the picking of parts and packaging them in the Dealership as well as supporting in stock control processes and will process vehicle parts and log inventory. In this role you will also provide support to the Service Team supporting as a Service Advisor when required. This will include acting as the first point of contact for all Service customer enquiries and face to face interactions. You will be the link between our customers and the workshop. If you have a passion for customer service, have a desire to deliver the highest quality of customer care and enjoy working in an environment where no two days are the same then this could be the role for you.
**What you’ll have**:
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Previous experience in a Parts or Service Advisor role in an automotive role is essential
- A strong focus on attention to detail
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
