**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Completion of End to end forwarding activities
- Follow strict time senstive KPIs / SOPs
- work closely with internal and external customers
- Provide assistance, advice and guidance on available products or services
- Assist in obtaining feedback
- Manage customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining company targets and in line with customer agreements.
- Oversee external orders and enquirers
- The logging of all information, ensuring that updates and amendments are made so that the status is current
- Processing of orders
- Lease with other departments to ensure deliveries arrive as scheduled and customers are fully updated
- The maintenance of the CRM system
- Cross selling
- Ensure that current products and services are maximized wit new and existing customers
- Cold calling
- Achieving or exceeding agreed KPI’s
- Increasing revenue
- Assist with the maintenance and development of the current sales plan
- Develop the customer base
- Contribution towards the current sales & marketing literature
- Managing a customer’s portfolio
- Build a pipeline of opportunities
- Ensure that customer feedback is captured in a timely manner

**Requirements**:

- Previous sales experience is a must
- Experience within a very busy sales team
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to deliver results
- Commercial awareness
- A great Customer service background
- Previous experience with a sales order processing system
