Customer Service Administrator

I'm recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for a Manufacturing company in Hebden Bridge to expansion of the business.
You will benefit from a salary of up to £22k Per Annum, 28 days annual leave, Monday-Friday hours (40 hours per week) and free on site parking.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responding to new order requests and updating internal systems
- Processing customer refunds on completion of investigation
- Updating internal systems with accurate information at all times
- Managing customer accounts at all times
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure good customer satisfaction is delivered
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience within Customer Service
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Be motivated and resilient at all times
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
- And knowledge of using multiple IT systems
