I am actively looking for a Data Cleansing Analyst on behalf of an organisation that provides a premium subscription based business networking tool. It is exclusively used by Private Equity Houses and Senior Business Executives. The digital platform, inthe form of a web app, supports M&A deal origination, due-diligence, and portfolio company CEO succession planning.

The role is based from home and is part time ( 3-4 days per week).

As a Data Cleansing Analyst your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:

- Validating, Cleansing and remediating data currently have in the company database
- Work closely with the company researchers to improve and remediate the database.
- Deal with sensitive C Suite Executive information and company data
- Validate information within the database and ensure it is correct
- Eradicate duplicate data entries or inaccurate information
- Working closely with Operations and the lead researchers
- Help develop & implement business process improvements in relation to the gathering of business information
- Take ownership for quality assurance in relation to the data going into the system.
- Exceptional eye for detail
- Excellent Excel skills including (V Look Up)
- Experience of using CRM tools and databases
- Extremely organised record keeping
- Ability to clearly document and escalate discrepancies with various stakeholders
- Good communication skills both verbal and written

The individual will be provided with an office lap-top and a basis salary range of £26k-£30k (Pro Rata) + 25 DH + Pension +Medical + Share Scheme a company wide annual bonus + more
