**Job description**

Due to continuing growth, we are looking to expand out Customer Support Team.

This is a multi-skilled position which will see you looking after the client throughout their journey with us including the initial sale, booking, job fulfilment and aftercare.

What we are looking for:

- Great telephone manner
- Good organisation skills
- Good time management
- Ability to work with minimum supervision

This is a fast paced role with a company that is still growing, no two days are ever the same. You will need to be a strong team player able to build lasting relationships with customers and team members.

**So, what will you be doing?**
- Taking sales enquiries and processing simple sales whilst passing more complex enquires to the correct place
- Receiving inbound support calls. Actively listening to the customer to understand the reason for their call.
- Taking ownership of customer concerns from start to finish and engaging with colleagues in a timely manner, for a swift resolution.
- Maintaining accurate records of all communications and activities relating to all customer interactions.
- Ensuring team objectives are met whilst not keeping customers waiting.
- Maintaining good communications with customers to ensure they are kept fully informed.
- Escalating where appropriate and engaging colleagues when necessary.

**Essential**
- Educated to a minimum of standard grade/ national 5 level
- Previous experience in a customer care/ support role
- PC literate
- Ability to work and learn on the hop in a fast-paced dynamic environment

**Desirable**
- Previous sales experience
- Confident in using all Microsoft office packages
- Experience of using CRM systems

**Schedule**

Monday
- Friday 9-5 with no expectation of weekend working.
