Aftercare Coordinator

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking to recruit and Aftercare Coordinator to join the team.
**Main Aspects of the Role**:
- Cross department liaison (FIMs, Factory, Purchasing) to gain resolutions of customer issues
- Client liaison to assist with requirements and appointment bookings
- Schedule remedial appointments
- Record updates from external teams onto in-house system
- Work alongside factory team to ensure that changes/updates are actioned
- Follow up on factory shortage reports and action as required
- Prioritise high debt remedials and clients that are on the Significant Client List.
- Liaise with fitters & polishers regarding their availability
- Escalate any issues or risks to the appropriate person
- To adhere to the departmental procedures as advised

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £25,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
