We are working with a Manchester based construction company who are looking for an Aftercare Administrator to join their newly formed Aftercare division. The role is suited to someone with experience of working in an aftercare/service division for a construction or facilities company.
Role, duties and responsibilities
- Dealing with client queries and issues
- Coordinating work with the trades teams and sub contractors
- Reporting to Aftercare Manager
- Ensuring defective work is logged and reported in accordance with SLAs
- Attend client meetings
- Along with Manager sign off completed defects ready for invoicing
- Working with sub contractors to coordinate site attendance
- Experience of working with residents
- Construction experience
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Driving Licence
- Excellent organisational skills
- Computer literate
- Efficient with excel
- Logging reports
