**Senior Business Analyst - Banking & Financial - £60K - £70K + Bonus - Remote / Swindon**
An excellent opportunity has arisen with our client, who are a reputable financial service organisation. We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to focus on various business focussed change projects across the organisation. Our client have a flexible approachto home working but will require fortnightly trips to their HQ's located in Swindon.
- The main responsibility for this position will be to act in an advisory position to assist business design delivery and perform business analysis activities including but not limited to requirement elicitation, gap & impact analysis, business process modelling,while leading continuous improvement._
**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Act in an advisory position to assist business design delivery
- Be the first point of escalation for business design delivery
- Identify inefficiency and recommend new ways of working
- Estimate, plan and define business analysis activities
- Ensure business design services adhere to quality standards
- Define the business problem and primary objectives of the new projects
- Lead cross-functional business process re-engineering teams and continuous improvement efforts
- Create functional requirements use cases, coordinate walk-throughs with stakeholders, signoffs, and verifications with the users

**Essential Skills & Experience**:

- Experience in Retail Banking & Financial Services Domain
- Extensive experience in business analysis and requirements elicitation
- Experience working with stakeholders at different levels (business as well as technical)
- Experience working in waterfall as well as Agile environment.
- Experience in conducting workshops and sessions to elicit business requirements.
- Experience in gathering Non-Functional requirements.
- Proficient in Business Process mapping, creating AS-IS, TO-BE business processes, High level, detailed level Business Requirements and Target Operating Model
- Experience in business and IT Readiness activities during solution roll out
- Experience in conducting gap analysis, impact analysis.
- Experience in using different SCRUM tools such has JIRA, Confluence, etc.
- Awareness of latest technologies and trends such as Cloud, DevOps, Containerization, etc.
- Experience in multi-vendor environment
- Strong interpersonal, consultative, and stakeholder management skills

**Package**:

- £60K - £70K (Dependant on experience)
