This is a brand new role for a Business Analyst to come in, and build and shape the analyst function within their lovely business. As an Analyst, you would be responsible for evaluating their business needs and assessing how technology can help them achievetheir business goals as they continue to grow They have a set of bespoke business software tools that you'd work with, and you would work closely with senior level stakeholders, developers, sales and customer success teams to help the business achieve it'sfull potential.
What you'll mainly do
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to understand requirements, identify problems, and work with the team to identify solutions
- Lead projects to dertmine the requirements in each area, such as managing customer access to their content and tracking usage data
- Work closely with the engineering, sales and customer success team to determine business solutions
Who you are
- 3 years + experience in a Business Analyst role
- Comfortable working with senior level stakeholders, with an ability to spot and untangle problems to understand what needs to change for the business to continue with its success
- Experienced working with software developers and internal technical teams
- Experienced working with business software tools
- Comfortable working autonomously, and outstanding analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interperat large amounts of information
- Excellent communication skills and ability to built relationships
- Experience in agile delivery environment
- Experience within a fast paced environment/small business

They're based near Swindon, but for the right person you'd be welcome to work fully remote
- ideally you'd be happy to pop in ocasionally to meet the team
