**ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR - CREDIT CONTROLLER**

**Based Bolton**
- **Do you have Admin & strong Excel OR Accounts, Payroll, Credit Control experience?**

Worldwide leading manufacturer of commercial floor clean equipment, are seeking a Credit Controller to join the team based in Bolton.

The role would suit either a Administrator with analytic/Excel experience or ideally someone with Accounts, Payroll, Credit Control or Invoicing experience coupled with great communication skills, as there will be significant interaction with sales management, customer support and customers in this role, which is key to support the planned performance of the department.
- **Responsibilities**_
- Pro-actively chasing aged and current debt within a business-to-business capacity
- Allocation of cash to the sales ledger
- Liaison with Customer Support function over invoicing queries
- Implement new credit limits
- Administration of the release of blocked orders
- Maintain weekly stop list
- Produce the monthly direct debit collection
- Production of bespoke customer statements and supporting evidence to achieve payment
- Operation of a variety of Customer Portals requiring specific process to be followed
- Liaise with sales team on issues causing late payments and monitor
- Assist Credit Control Supervisor as directed
- **Your Experience **_
- Proven ability to resolve customer issues
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to use initiative to solve problems
- Excellent communication skills
- Commercially aware with a pro-active approach
- A can-do attitude
- Excel OR SAP, accounts, credit control or payroll software experience
- Track record of dealing with challenging characters in a professional and courteous manner.

**_Hours & Salary_**
- Based in the Bolton office with the potential for hybrid working after a qualifying period
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
- £22-23k circa starting salary
- 33 days Holiday (25 days + Bank Holidays)

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
