**Key Duties**
- Provide strategic and effective leadership by working with the board of Directors, management and all departments in guiding and maintaining the performance of the company.
- Directing the operational planning and activities of the business forward and ensuring bottom-line profitability with cost-effective strategies, vision capability and foresight.
- Ability to oversee the management of significant financial resources by delivering against agreed KPI's, targets and objectives.
- Exceptional analytical skills, good judgement and able to deliver high impact output departments
- Ensure ongoing process efficiency and productivity by setting and monitoring objectives, performance targets and key business metrics to ensure targets are met by managing the day to day work.
- Provide leadership and vision by assisting in the development of short term and long term plans, developing and implementing processes and systems that ensure best business.
- Monitor and manage profit and loss, budgets and report to the Board of Directors.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining an effective team culture, including through periods of change and to build and maintain a strong team ethos.
- Ensure the company's financial and service delivery goals are met through effective planning, organisation and use of resources
- Monitor the adherence to compliance and practices to ensure legislation is followed in a fit and safe manner
- Accountability for various aspects of the business operational performance, service management, productivity and people related measures.

**Essentials**
- Educated to degree level.
- A minimum of five years' experience in a similar role in a operation led environment
- Strong problem-solving skills together with reasoned decision making.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Experience in keeping the team focussed and accountable day to day.

**Salary is £80,000 - £100,000
Working Hours - 9am - 5pm
