Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks have an exciting opportunity for a **Purchasing Administrator** to join our team based at our Head Office in Thame, Oxfordshire. This is a full time, permanent position, working 8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks is a brand of Mitsubishi Logisnext, the world’s fourth-largest industrial truck manufacturer, supplying a complete range of electric, gas and diesel operated forklift trucks to our customers.

**Responsibilities**

As our **Purchasing Administrator** you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely processing of orders to support the business activities for the UK market. Specifically your daily tasks will include;
- Raising and placing purchase orders with suppliers.
- Continuously monitor suppliers and product lead time to ensure delivery expectations are met.
- Handling invoice / credit enquiries with suppliers.
- Maintenance and setting up of products within the ERP system.
- Coordinate between ‘Goods In’ and suppliers over delivery issues.
- Process supplier returns.
- Liaise and coordinate with logistics and customs agents to ensure timely delivery of goods from overseas.
- Support the day to day business inventory needs to meet and exceed internal and external customer needs.

**Skills and Experience **

To be consider for the position of **Purchasing Administrator** you must have a **minimum of 5 years experience** in purchasing administration. Other skills and experience we will be looking for include:

- Experience in importing & exporting goods
- Comfortable in excel, including VLOOKUPs & data logging
- Good communication skills (as you will need to communicate with oversea suppliers)
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to be highly organised
