Structural Engineer - Manchester | £30,000-£40,000

Requirements for this Structural Engineer position include;
- BEng/MEng Civil or Structural Engineering degree
- Some years of experience working as a Structural Engineer in a similar consultancy environment will be needed
- Chartered status with the IStructE or ICE would be preferred, or they can help you get there if you are progressing
- Structural design experience and structural analysis skills in all common structural materials including steel, concrete, timber, and masonry
- Capable of working with the relevant engineering design software, such as AutoCAD and Tekla
- Ability to create structural designs using ROBOT or Tekla and by hand, whilst reviewing technicians work ensuring quality control.
- All the other usual communication and presentation skills will be important as you will be representing the company while directly liaising with clients and helping to grow the business.
The salary offered will depend on experience, but £30,000-£40,000 is a good guide.
