Part time or full time position available for an enthusiastic front of house supervisor. This individual will be required to run shifts in our fully independent pub/ restaurant alongside a very friendly team.

This establishment has developed greatly over the last three years of its current owners and now is very much a food led pub/restaurant with good reputation and an ever growing wide range of clientele.

The individual we are looking for needs to be enthusiastic and willing to learn, experience working in a supervisory role in hospitality is ideal but not essential as all training can be given.

You will be expected to help co-ordinate other staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional front of house services.

Duties will include but not limited to

Running shifts & being in charge of junior members of staff.

Effectively communicating between the front of house staff and the kitchen staff to ensure smooth running of the shift.

Maintaining cleanliness of all public areas.

Money management & cashing up at the end of the shifts

Challenging anyone that maybe underage for sale of alcohol.

Maintaining cellar stock.

Salary/ wage will be dependant upon the individual and experience and can be discussed. Tips are shared equally on a monthly basis between staff based upon hours worked.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
