We offer comprehensive, 24/7 care for individuals with complex needs, including spinal injuries, cerebral palsy, and other complex conditions. As a result, our shifts primarily consist of 12 hours to ensure continuous support, and includes a mixture of day shifts, waking nights and alternate weekends. Our service users look forward to meeting their new carers and can’t wait to introduce themselves.

**About the role**:
The hourly rate for this position is **£12.75 per hour.**

The shift times for this position vary **dependant on the package, **they can be either **7-7 or 8-8.**

This position would be a mixture of **days, waking nights and alternate weekends.**

There are **full time, 36 hour contracts **or **0 hour contracts **available.

At Josh's Care Company, we are dedicated to equipping you with the skills and knowledge necessary to become compliant in all areas of specialized care, from tracheostomy and ventilator management to postural and respiratory care, as well as PEG feeding. Rest assured that you will be in the capable hands of our skilled and experienced nursing team at Josh's Care Company. Our nurses have a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field of nursing and care which will ensure that you receive the highest standard of training and support possible.

We are seeking highly motivated professionals with a caring demeanour, excellent communication skills, and previous care experience, with knowledge of complex care being an added advantage. A positive attitude and friendly nature are essential attributes for this role, as you will be providing meaningful support and encouragement to enhance our client's quality of life.

**To be considered for this position, you will need**:

- Flexible availability.
- To be available for an interview within 48 hours.
- To be available to start work within 4 weeks.
- To be able to work days, waking nights and alternate weekends.
- A current DBS (Paper or Update Service).
- A driving license (preferred but not essential).
