Office Administrator

We are an industry leading privately owned and run e-commerce and franchised bespoke fitted furniture manufacturer; currently looking for a key player to join our administrative team, responsible for a wide variety of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of the business.
**Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00**
**Starting on £18,000 - £22,000 depending on experience**
Experience within admin or customer services is helpful but not essential - one to one training will be provided alongside ongoing support and guidance from colleagues.
You will be a self-starter with the ability to time-manage the day around critical and non-critical workloads, also ensuring that everything you do is completed to a high standard and in a timely fashion.
You will be working within a small, friendly and supportive team; your main responsibilities will include, but aren't limited to:
- Liaising with and scheduling production
- Organising and booking transport routes
- Dealing with any order discrepancies
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Creating purchase orders for stock
- Goods-in administration of purchase orders
- Communicating with suppliers
- Assistance to the senior leadership team
