**Midweight Creative Designer**

Join our growing Studio team as a Midweight Creative Designer in this exciting and fast-paced role. Working under the strategic and conceptual guidance of our Creative Director, you’ll help transform ideas into engaging, innovative designs across a range of formats and media.

You’ll bring strong knowledge of graphic design principles, styles, and layout techniques, along with proven experience delivering client projects from concept through to completion. With a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to craft visually compelling content, you’ll create work that truly connects with our clients’ audiences.

As a Midweight Creative Designer, you’ll collaborate closely with our paid media, content, and creative teams to bring ideas to life and deliver a consistent, high-impact brand experience across digital platforms and social channels.

Proficiency across the full Adobe Creative Suite is essential, with experience spanning brand development, advertising, web design, motion graphics, social content, and more.

**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the Creative Director to bring design projects to life from concept to completion creating stunning digital experiences
- 4+ Years of experience in a similar role.
- Work collaboratively across creative, client services, content, paid advertising teams to craft cohesive communications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software such as After Effects and Figma are desirable.
- Experience in digital design and designing engaging web experiences
- Strong understanding of social media platforms
- Experience in creating presentation decks for proposals and pitches.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and ensure a consistent visual identity is maintained across all platforms.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our content is fresh and relevant.
- Incorporate feedback from clients and team members into design revisions to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Continuously explore new design tools, software, and methods to improve the creative process and enhance the quality of our work.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
