**Multimedia Videographer**

Do you live and breathe video, photography, and motion graphics? Causeway Creative® is a boutique agency seeking a talented, budding videographer to join our growing team full-time. We're also open to freelancers looking for regular shoot and edit commissions.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Shooting and editing for corporate clients, nonprofits, and public figures.
- Capturing and photographing events, people, campaigns and office activities.
- Producing slick motion graphic videos (with support and training where needed).
- Owning projects end-to-end: from filming and editing to grading and sound.
- Collaborating with our design and marketing team on larger creative campaigns.

**Skills & Experience**:
**Essential**
- At least 1 year of experience shooting and editing video content.
- A portfolio showing your ability to produce professional video and photography.
- Experience with Canon and/or Sony cameras and pro sound equipment.
- Strong skills in editing, colour grading, and sound recording/mixing.
- Proficiency with Prem Pro/FCPX/DaVinci, CapCut, After Effects, and Lightroom.
- Ability to work end-to-end on projects: concept, shoot, edit and final delivery.
- Confidence in a client-facing role; running shoots, directing, interviewing, etc.
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A balance of technical precision, creative flair, and interest in AI innovation.

**Nice to Have**
- Drone operation skills (equipment and license provided if qualified).
- Experience with motion graphics/animation (training and support available).
- Experience working in an agency or production house environment.
