We are committed to delivering excellent customer service and quality products. We're looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join us as Trainee Sales Assistants and grow within the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries in a friendly, professional manner.
- Help maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Learn and understand the features and benefits of our product range.
- Assist with stock management, including receiving, organizing, and restocking products.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, handle cash, and process transactions.
- Work towards achieving sales targets and support the team in reaching store goals.
- Provide after-sales support, answering any customer queries or concerns.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop product knowledge and customer service skills.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong interest in sales and customer service.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Pay: From £24,693.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Glasgow, G41 2SP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
