As a Trainee Sales Assistant, you’ll be the face of important causes, engaging with the public and sparking conversations that lead to lasting change. Every day is different, but each one brings the opportunity to build confidence, meet new people, and be part of something bigger than yourself.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Creating Connections** - Speak to people face-to-face in vibrant locations like high streets, shopping centres, and events. You’ll share powerful stories and introduce them to the charities we represent.
- **Inspiring Support** - Use your voice to raise awareness and encourage regular giving that directly supports life-changing work.
- **Building Trust** - Start meaningful conversations and build genuine connections that lead to long-term community support.
- **Smashing Goals** - Work towards personal and team targets, with uncapped commission and performance bonuses to reward your success.
- **Learning & Growing** - Receive full training and coaching to help you thrive, with plenty of opportunities to progress into leadership roles.
