**What you’ll be doing**: As a Senior Care Assistant in a Greensleeves Care Home, you will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy Manager. You can also expect to complete supervisions and appraisals, administer medication, carry out assessments and care plans.
