Job Description We are looking for compassionate home care workers who want to make a difference in an older person’s life and have availability in the Ely and surrounding areas. Hours Flexible hours. Full -Time and Part- Time hours available. Pay & Benefits £12:50 - £13:00 per hour £25.00/hr on Bank Holidays 30p per mile mileage reimbursement Minimum1-hour visits– no rushed care Company pension scheme Blue Light Card– nationwide discounts Employee wellbeing & discount platform Refer-a-Friend Bonus –£100 per referral Casual dress, on-site parking, and flexible scheduling Award-winning training & professional development Qualifications You do not need any experience or qualifications to become a Care Professionals. However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others. Due to the nature of our service, we require a full UK driving license and your own transport.
