Office Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the company's CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Perform administrative duties such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging travel.
- Provide support to management and team members, as needed.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft software.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files.
- Monitor and order office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with human resources functions, such as onboarding and offboarding employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software.
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software.
