Due to an exciting period of growth, Kenny Waste Management are looking to hire a Transport Coordinator, located at our offices in Little Hulton.

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of the transport department by ensuring all haulage is recorded correctly and working closely with the Logistics Coordinator, other members of the team, and relevant employees across all sites to ensure we deliver exceptional service to our customers and drivers.

**Job Duties**:

- Manage the haulage coming in and going out from site
- Managing Balances of Various Non-Account Customers
- Calling Customers For Payments When Required
- Approve invoices received into the department
- Control tonnage charts and reports
- Balancing Of Weighbridge Till
- Completing Waste Breakdowns Of Skips Tipped
- Arranging fuel deliveries
- Setting up drivers on Waste Logics
- Setting up outlets and new tippers
- Providing cover for the weighbridge when required
- Signing off jobs and haulage
- Point Of Contact For KWM Drivers Who Need Assistance
- Point Of Contact For Transport Director To Assist With Large Sized Skips
- Point Of Contact For Technical Director To Assist With Ins & Outs Of Materials
- Inducting Of New Tippers On Site
- Creating New Bookings On The System
- Managing various reports and ensuring they are up to date and accurate
- Creating the daily weight sheet
- (Occasionally) Routing/Scheduling The Vehicles For The Following Day
- (Occasionally) PDA Training For New Drivers
- Other ad hoc reports and duties as reasonably requested

**Experience**:
Essential:

- Working within a team
- Worked in a fast-paced environment

- Worked within the waste management industry
