**Courier Sales Account Manager**
My client is a large international logistics company who are looking for some fresh new talent to join there team.
You will fundamentally be given your own small business as such to sustain, mature and grow.
Handed to you will be a portfolio of current clients for you to account manage, take care of and nurture.
You will be expected to grow this portfolio, and an excellent commission/bonus scheme in place allowing you to increase your salary realistically by a further £20,000 per annum by bringing on new business etc.
This is a company that are massive advocates for spending time and money on progressing there staff, and with that there is GENUINELY many opportunities for progression within the company, if you work hard and are willing to go that extra mile.
**The Package**:
- A starting salary depending on experience of between £30,000 - £40,000
- Car Allowance
- Bonus Scheme that can increase your salary by/up to a further £20,000
- You will be office based, (with site/client meetings) however there is some flexibility to work from home
- Management of company client accounts - retention and development
- Exhaust all opportunities within your client base
- Customer service - Making sure that the customer feels important and valued
- Provide customer online portal training
- New customer onboarding
- Understand your customer and their logistic requirements
- Handling complaints, challenging process & identifying improvements
- Updating CRM Dynamics (calls, visits & opportunities all logged in Dynamics)
- Manage accounts with Dynamics and ensure team standards are applied
- Profile all existing and lost accounts, identify opportunities for development
- Identify new sales opportunities with prospect customers
- Prospect telephone introductions of what / who company can offer
- Preparation of customer company courier/parcel tariff proposals
- Ensure a structured hand over on all accounts from Sales to CAM
- Review monthly customer activity, and analyse reasons for up and down traders
- To support any company support projects when required
- Knowledge of company products / services - Making sure that all customers are aware of all products
**Must Have Skills And Qualifications**:
- A positive thinker, you are the kind of individual who constantly challenges yourself to exceed expectations and is not easily deterred from achieving goals.
- Excellent interpersonal & administration skills with accurate pipeline forecasting.
- Ability to communicate at all levels within the business, good persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Excellent processing & time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Driving success via using initiative, determination & persistent
