Job Title: Deli Van Sales Assistant

**Job Type**: Part-time, 9:30 am - 2:00 pm Monday to Friday

Location: Thornbury

We are a family-owned and run Deli and Catering business, and we are looking for a Deli Van Sales Assistant to join our team. The role involves driving one of our small Deli Vans on a set route to established customers, delivering catering platters as required, and selling freshly prepared lunch items to customers at various workplaces. You will be responsible for unloading the van at the end of your shift.

This is a part-time role with family-friendly hours and no evenings, weekends, or bank holidays. If you are interested in this role, please tell us more about yourself and your experience, and why you would like to work with us.

Key Responsibilities:

- Loading and driving one of our small Deli Vans each weekday
- Following a set route to established customers and delivering catering platters en route as required
- Selling freshly prepared lunch items to customers at various workplaces, including at our Lunch Shops inside customer premises
- Unloading the van at the end of your shift
- Providing excellent customer service
- Working alone at times, as well as being part of a small team

**Requirements**:

- Good basic maths skills
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Excellent customer service skills
- Comfortable working alone at times
- Ability to work as part of a small team
