We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused individual, that can predominantly maintain grounds maintenance areas, on a flagship development of ours, based in Runcorn. The role includes company van, all equipment and company uniform, along with full training provided.

What will your day look like?
- We currently have a vacancy for a Senior Property Caretaker, working within a mobile team, in the  Thornbury and surrounding areas.
- Core working hours are 8:00am to 4.30pm on site, Monday to Friday with extra hours sometimes required. You are required to travel to and from the site outside of these hours.
- You will carry out Garden Maintenance, Cleaning task, and adhoc works, and have the capacity to perform minor maintenance, No Trade Qualifications Required.
- You will be proactive in helping assess for maintenance issues, health and safety including reporting building defects, testing of fire and security alarms.
- To maintain and update records of activities using mobile apps.

What makes a successful Senior Property Caretaker?
- You will show a keen interest in gardening, no trade qualifications are required but previous experience in a similar type role would be highly advantageous.
- You will demonstrate good decision-making skills and common sense.
- You will take pride in consistently providing a high standard of customer service as you will be acting as a Community Property Care’ representative when on site.
- You will have experience of working to achieve agreed works are completed within agreed time frames.
- You will be a team player who ensures that all our estates and communal areas are clean, tidy and in a safe condition.
- You will hold a current and full Driving License (essential as you will be required to use a Company van as a tool of the job).
