**Provide Education** and **Teachers UK** are currently seeking a qualified and experienced **SEND 1:1 Teaching Assistant** to support primary school children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and dedicated team within a dynamic primary school environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide 1:1 support for children with a range of SEND needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and speech and language challenges.
- Support students in accessing the curriculum and ensuring they are included in all activities.
- Help with the development of personalized learning plans and implement strategies to support individual needs.
- Collaborate with class teachers, SENDCo, and other support staff to track and monitor student progress.
- Assist with classroom management and provide general support to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment.

**Required Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification** or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with children with SEND, preferably within a primary school setting.
- Knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and strategies for supporting children with diverse learning needs.
- A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children with SEND.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
