**Senior Care Assistant**

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Carer to join our team at a reputable care home in the Sleaford. This position specifically entails working night shifts from 7.00pm to 7.00am.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality are and support to residents during night shifts
- Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Administer medication accurately and maintain detailed records
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' condition to the appropriate Healthcare Professionals
- Promote independence and dignity among residents
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within a care home or nursing environment
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A caring and empathetic nature, with a genuine passion for providing high-quality care.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Flexibility to work night shifts on a regular basis

**Shift Pattern**:
Night Shifts - 7.00pm - 07.00am

**Salary**: £12.27 per hour

**Experience**:

- providing care: 1 year (required)
- supervisory: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
