P/t Contracts Administrator

My client based near the centre of Worcester is looking to recruit a Part-time Contracts Administrator(30 hours per week) on a permanent basis.
The main functions of this role include
- Review Customer Contracts/Order Forms and provide feedback to the business on the contractual position of a Customer
- Process and manage Customer termination requests
- Meeting Customer termination/contractual changes KPIs
- Troubleshoot issues for Customers and assist in the resolution of queries
- Pro-active review of our Customer master data to identify any issues
- Updating various databases to ensure Customer’s details are correct
- Other ad-hoc duties as given by the team leader
- Experience of working in an administrative role
- Customer service experience would be an advantage
- Contractual/Legal experience is an advantage (not essential)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work to tight reporting deadlines
- Ability to work quickly yet accurately in a fast-moving environment
- Able to communicate well with other departments within the organisation and externally
- Understands the needs of external customers and internal customers and consider those needs in decisions and actions
- Comfortable giving honest feedback to peers and managers
This position will allow for 2 days working from home and 2 days in the office and the pay rate is based on 30 hours per week at £12.40 per hour
