**What You Will Do**

Your role will be to carry out the day to day administration duties for the Energy Services Department

Administrative requirements are varied. First and foremost, you will be required to always act to support the business in accordance with the Mission and Values.

**How you will do it**

Administrative responsibility for the following deliverables
- aM&T PPM & injected works
- Data and DADC contracts
- Energy Surveys
- MOP Contracts
- Professional Fees e.g. gas/electric meter removals
- Bill Validation & Recharge

Administrative tasks include the following:

- CRM updates i.e. open new & renewal opportunities & conversions, jobs, supply ID, creating Clients
- WAP: creating supplies, raising PO’s, approving invoices
- Creating renewal proposal documents, issuing to clients and following through to conversion/decline
- Format, issue and chase documentation related to live works e.g. specification of works, risk assessments and method statements, purchase orders etc
- Updating department FT to ensure timely invoicing of all completed works. Ensure clients are invoiced promptly according to the schedule
- Server records - including filing of PO’s, proposals, engineer reports etc
- Mailbox management
- Engage in supporting cross functionality activity with all Departments

**What we are looking for**

**Required**:

- MS Office packages - outlook, word and excel
- Sage CRM software or similar (Customer Relationship Management software)
- Basic accounts experience - raising sales orders and purchase orders
- Strong verbal and personal communication skills with all stakeholders
- Self-motivated and proactive, working with mínimal supervision
- Organised with strong problem solving skills and being able to use own initiative
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to maintain integrity and work with confidential information
- Ability to multi-task
- A willingness to learn new things
