We are currently looking for people to join our Support Living Community Team in the Worcester area including St Johns (WR5). We are looking for someone to support a regular clients in their own home or within small supported living settings. You will do activities with their homes and also do activities in the community. We have hours covering day shifts from 7.00am to 10.00pm over 7 days per week. There may also be the opportunity to do sleep-in which are in addition to contracted hours.

We support adults who may have learning disabilities, complex needs and autism. The people we support are at the heart of everything that we do and you will have the satisfaction of delivering a tailored package of meaningful support. You can expect every day to be rewarding and different as you will be supporting clients with day to day living, leisure and social activities, holidays, sports, assisting with personal care, budgeting, shopping, and cooking.

We have part time positions and we would offer contracted permanent hours **between 25 and up to 35 hours per week**. We are happy to discuss hours with you however you must be able to work within the service hours outlined. We have an immediate need to fill positions.

**What we are looking for from our Support Workers**:

- Because You Can attitude - this is something we believe in passionately and unpins everything that we do and we are looking for like minded people to join the team
- You must be able to work shifts outlined in this advert
- You don't have to have experience in this type of role although it would be an advantage if you have experience in a caring environment
- Ideally you will be a car driver or be able to travel reliably to locations within Worcester
