We support young adults with ADHD and Autism in their own homes and in the community, teaching life skills and supporting with everything including household skills, budgeting, shopping and meal preparation, as well as employment and education support and social inclusion.

No two days are the same, as you could be out shopping, going to the cinema or visiting local places of interest.
