**Role Overview**:
The Document Management Administrator will be responsible for providing general office and administration support within the Document Management team.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Opening and distributing the daily post ensuring it is scanned and saved in the relevant CRM system.
- Register all new clients for necessary tax schemes and ensure we are authorised on HMRC portal to prevent delays for accountants processing the clients company submissions.
- Upload banking feeds to relevant client portals.
- Handling adhoc queries from accounting teams in a timely manner.

- Returning accounting information to external clients

- Previous experience in a fast-paced administration environment.

**Qualification and Education Requirements**:

- GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grade C or above
