As an Account Executive, your task is to sell our CX platform to companies with 1000+ employees. Zoom Contact Center helps businesses deliver prompt, accurate, and highly personalised customer experiences that drive loyalty.

With a focus on delivering cutting-edge communication solutions for clients across all sectors, the team passionately engages with clients worldwide. Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.
**What we’re looking for**
- Demonstrate exceptional sales and support skills for Cloud Contact Center resulting in valuable partnerships
- Have leadership experience in training others with product/service demos, sales guides, and learning materials
- Fluency in English or any additional language
- Possess significant expertise in Cloud Contact Center operations and management
- Have Salesforce CRM experience, as well as Dynamics, ZoomInfo, SalesNavigator, DiscoverOrg
